Today we will sweeten our life with xylitol, however before describing why I use this sugar I want to share some thought from my life with you.Gluten intolerance which I struggle with for over two years forced me to look differently on the food I used to eat moreover it forced me to understand what food is and how it affects my body and life.
Briefly food is everything that influences the condition of our body. So now consciously I select products to my menu and I admit that I cannot eat as I used to. Now food is what I call treatment, it’s a pleasure for my body.
My whole life whenever I caught some sort of disease there always been medicine called “antibiotic”, after which my strength returned, but by his frequent use I disturb the right gut flora allowing Candida albicans fungus to multiply in my body. First of the disease I got was candidiasis which liked my weakened immune system.
Candidiasis caused by Candida albicans fungus – there is almost 200 species – is a disease which is hard to treat and it likes to return. It mostly develops on starch and sugar which includes products like: all kinds of candies, biscuits, cardboard juices, honey etc. It also develops on all kinds of products made of white flour, bread, buns, pasta. Candida also grows in yeasts and in products which contain it such as beer. It also expands on dried fruits, nuts, coffee, tea, smoked fish, meat preparations, pies, meat puddings, sausage, ketchup, soya sauce etc.
Yes I know is terrifying however if our organism is healthy and our immunological system function properly, I don’t feel unconformable, PH of body is balanced 5,5, if acid-alkaline is also maintained if you have all of that your body will protect itself from any disease even when you eat any food.
However if I am allergic or have eczema on face my immune system is weak or I catch any kind of disease, It is worth to give up some of the products I mentioned above. And so I did from being terrified I started to think consciously and my health was the indicator of everything I wanted, being healthy.

-1 teaspoon of spirulina – I use powdered
Because spirulina is heavily scented – the cocktail smell is less noticeable and easier to drink I can even say that the taste is very good.
I am always buying high quality SPIRULINA 100% organic, In my opinion we should not safe on our health. Be heathy it is like a win lottery .

Hello everyone today I would like to tell you a little bit about NATTO which isn’t a political organisation but an amazing Japanese product.
NATTO contains vitamins K2 MK7 in significant quantities.
NATTO – is produced by fermentation (Bacillus NATTO is added to boiled soybeans) which form enzyme – NATTOKINASE – an enzyme with amazing abilities, supporting proper blood circulation and the correct viscosity and density. This enzyme helps maintain normal blood clotting mechanism and the pressure at the right level.
NATTO – contains significant amounts of vitamin K2, which in combination with vitamin D3 and calcium to prevent bone loss, protecting them against osteoporosis.
